Job summary

Ideal candidates bring a Master's in a quantitative field and 8+ years in analytics, Python/R/SQL, and experience leading data science teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing subteam of data scientists in Search Ads Targeting.
• Translate business questions into rigorous experiments, analyses, and models.
• Architect end-to-end analysis pipelines translating ambiguous questions into statistical frameworks.
• Design and evaluate complex experiments or models to solve problems with limited precedent.
