Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in aircraft assembly or system integration.
• Previous team leadership experience.
• Proficient in mechanical and/or electrical integration with troubleshooting.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a small team on mechanical/electrical aircraft system integration.
• Support leadership activities: workforce planning, evaluations, onboarding and development.
• Carry out assembly, testing, troubleshooting, corrective actions and quality checks.
• Ensure orders are completed on schedule with quality and safety compliance.
