Zusammenfassung

SCOR Group in Zürich seeks a Qualified Actuary – Property & Casualty, Reinsurance to produce, analyze and explain quarterly internal model results for P&C underwriting and retrocession risks, supporting management decisions through capital and risk analytics.

You will collaborate with P&C units, Reserving and Pricing, contribute to risk appetite metrics, and help advance SCOR’s internal model framework in a multinational, agile setting.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified actuary status with international recognition.
• Practical experience using internal models (SST, Solvency II) for P&C risks.
• 10 years' experience in P&C insurance or reinsurance.
• Ability to communicate complex risk metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office; coding skills preferred (Python).

Aufgaben

• Assess and monitor P&C underwriting and retrocession risks to support risk appetite.
• Apply internal models to evaluate exposures across lines, regions, and perils.
• Perform scenario analyses and stress tests for adverse events and market conditions.
• Provide risk insights to support informed senior management decisions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and governance; prepare risk reports.
• Contribute to development of risk appetite metrics and portfolio steering.
• Collaborate with P&C units, Reserving and Pricing teams on portfolio developments.
• Partner with Risk Modelling to enhance SCOR’s internal model.
