Your mission

You will be responsible for producing Menhir Photonics lasers to the highest quality standards. This is a hands‑on manufacturing and production role focused on the assembly, alignment, and testing of compact, precision laser systems and small‑scale optical components that require fine motor skills, careful handling, and strong attention to detail. It is ideally suited to candidates with practical experience in photonics, optics, precision assembly, or manufacturing environments. You have strong troubleshooting skills and can methodically identify and resolve production and quality issues. You thrive in a team environment but are equally capable of working independently and following detailed work instructions with precision. You will thrive in this role if you

• *Contribute to maintaining and strengthening the company’s Quality Management System.


• *After an initial training period, you will be responsible for the independent production of Menhir laser systems.

Required Education

• *Bachelor’s degree in Photonics, Physics, Optical Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Material Sciences or similar.

Languages

• *Fluent English is required.


• *Basic German is required.
