Job summary

Société Générale Switzerland is seeking an Intern Business Support in Zürich to assist SGSS Switzerland with business management, regulatory activities and reporting. You will gain exposure to day-to-day securities services, KYC processes and stakeholder management within an international banking environment.

The internship covers client lifecycle management, regulatory fund services, audit support and the preparation of management reports, dashboards and presentations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Commercial apprenticeship with banking exposure may also be considered.
• Previous exposure to banking operations, KYC, compliance or financial services (through internships, apprenticeships or academic projects) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding, offboarding and KYC processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, systems and client records.
• Assist with periodic KYC reviews and remediation activities.
• Liaise with clients, operational teams and internal stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up.
• Prepare regular status updates and management reporting.
• Support regulatory submissions, fund registrations and related documentation.
• Monitor key deadlines and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with business analyses, market research and ad hoc management requests.
