Axpo Group is offering a 6-month paid UX internship in Switzerland. You will work on real digital products from research to final design, gaining experience in user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI design in Figma.

You will participate in user research, collaborate with product managers and developers, and contribute to our design system as you grow into more ownership.

Qualifikationen

• Recent degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience using Figma or similar tool.
• Strong understanding of UX and UI design principles.
• Hands-on project work through internships, freelance, or personal projects.
• Portfolio showing problem-solving process, not just visuals.
• Must reside in Switzerland.

What you will do:

• Support the design of user-centered digital products and services.

What you bring & who you are:

• A recently completed degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Interaction Design or a related field.
• Experience using Figma or a similar design tool.
• A good understanding of UX and UI design principles.
• Ideally, some hands‑on design experience through internships, freelance work or personal projects.
• A portfolio that shows how you approach design problems, not only the final visuals.
• Must currently reside in Switzerland.

You’ll join a small UX team working closely with product, technology, and business colleagues across a range of digital products. We value curiosity, collaboration, and thoughtful design, and welcome your own ideas.

This is a paid 6-month internship with the possibility of extension and the potential to transition into a full‑time role, including additional employee benefits and occasional travel to our Madrid office.
