Michael Page is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist for a world-class international organization in Zürich on a temporary 6-12 month contract.

You will develop sourcing strategies for indirect categories (IT and Professional Services), lead RFx processes, negotiations, and contract management, and collaborate with regional and global teams.

The ideal candidate has a 3–5 year track record in procurement, experience with ERP systems (SAP, Coupa, Ariba, Oracle), and fluent English.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement.
• Experience with indirect procurement, IT and/or professional services.
• Experience leading RFx processes, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Familiarity with SAP, Coupa, Ariba, Oracle or similar ERP systems.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect procurement categories, primarily IT and Professional Services.
• Lead RFx processes, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract management activities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify sourcing opportunities.
• Analyze spend data, supplier markets, and procurement trends to identify cost optimization and value creation opportunities.
• Support supplier relationship management activities and drive supplier performance improvements.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance standards, and contractual obligations.
• Contribute to procurement transformation, process improvement, and digitalization initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional and global procurement teams on strategic sourcing projects.
