Job summary

Enova Consulting Sàrl in Lausanne invites applications for a Junior Systems Test Engineer (M/F) to contribute to testing, validation and integration of optical, RF, optomechanical and hardware/software subsystems for space communications. You will start with guided test activities and progressively lead small to medium campaigns in a multidisciplinary, international setting.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent is required.
Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
Hands-on mindset and experience with experimental R&D environments are valued.
Experience with cleanroom testing and optical/RF instrumentation is desirable.

Responsibilities

Execute predefined test campaigns in cleanroom and field environments.
Test and validate optical, RF, hardware, software components and subsystems.
Develop and maintain test setups and instrumentation; contribute to test automation.
Document test results and reports; track validation against requirements.
Support Proof-of-Concept activities and continuous testing method improvements.
