Zusammenfassung

Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Zurich Oerlikon is seeking a Junior Production Planner (m/f/d) to ensure efficient planning and control of production orders and to act as the central interface between production, project management and supporting departments.

You will schedule manufacturing orders, maintain work plans and routings, review timing, and analyze KPIs to support continuous improvement in workflows, processes and systems across the generator circuit breaker division.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor production processes considering capacity and materials.
• Serve as interface between Production, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, Engineering, and Project Management.
• Schedule and control manufacturing orders; ensure smooth material flow.
• Create and maintain production docs, work plans, and routings.
• Review standard times and maintain material/master data; support process improvements.
• Analyze production KPIs and prepare reports for transparency.
• Contribute to process and system optimizations to boost efficiency and quality.
