Job summary

Swatch, siège en Suisse et présent mondialement, recherche un chef de projet Junior PR & Social Media Swiss Market pour Biel/Bienne. Vous développerez et exécuterez des activités PR locales et des campagnes sur les réseaux sociaux, en collaboration avec les équipes internes et internationales.

Vous gérerez les relations avec les médias, les influenceurs et les partenaires; vous orchestrerez événements et activations et assurerez le reporting sur l’impact et le ROI.

Qualifications

• Diplôme en communications ou marketing requis.
• 3–5 ans d’expérience en PR ou communications externes.
• Bonne maîtrise du français et de l’allemand (Swiss German souhaité).

Responsibilities

• Développer et mettre en œuvre des activités PR locales, influenceurs et réseaux sociaux conformes aux objectifs globaux.
• Construire et entretenir des relations avec journalistes, partenaires médias et créateurs de contenu.
• Gérer les demandes médias, entretiens et prêts de produits; relations presse.
• Gérer les partenariats influenceurs de l’identification à l’exécution et au reporting.
• Planifier et coordonner événements média et activations influenceurs.

Junior PR & Social Media Project Leader Swiss Market 100% (w/m)

Description Du Poste

• Develop and implement local PR, influencer and social media activities in line with global communication objectives to further strengthen Swatch's visibility and cultural relevance across Switzerland.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media partners, influencers and content creators.
• Act as the market's primary media contact, managing all media inquiries, interview requests, product loan requests and press relations activities.
• Identify storytelling opportunities and generate earned media coverage around product launches, collaborations, events and brand initiatives.
• Manage influencer partnerships from identification and briefing through execution and performance reporting.
• Create, adapt and coordinate engaging content for local social media channels in line with global brand guidelines.
• Plan and execute media events and influencer activations.
• Monitor media, consumer and social media trends, translating insights into communication opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external business partners and international teams to ensure consistent and impactful communications.
• Manage assigned budget and report on business impact/ROI.

Profil

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications, marketing, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years in PR or external communications, ideally in agency environment and/or consumer brands

Compétences requises

• Successful track record in pitching and placing stories with top tier media.
• Extensive network within the Swiss media and influencer landscape and a passion for trends, storytelling and brand building.
• Strong networking mindset, with a passion for building authentic relationships with journalists, influencers and industry partners, and representing the brand with confidence both online and in person.
• Ability to work well in extremely fast-paced environment with high volume projects and quick turn-around.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, coordination with various departments both internally and externally, with the flexibility to re-prioritize when needed, keeping timing, quality, and budget in mind while driving projects forward pragmatically.
• Strong attention to detail combined with an organized, reliable, flexible and team-oriented mindset.

Langues

• Native German speaker (Swiss German preferred) with excellent writing and communication skills; fluent French and good English. Italian is a plus.
