Unit8 is seeking a Data & AI Engineer to join our team in one of our Swiss offices (Lausanne/Zurich). You will partner with engineers and data scientists to deliver data-driven applications, leveraging GenAI, data science, and computational techniques to tackle real-world challenges.

You will work across cloud engineering, data pipelines, and ML, translating complex business problems into scalable technical solutions while collaborating with clients across Europe.

Qualifikationen

• MSc level in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience.
• You are a proficient software engineer who knows the fundamentals of computer science and has experience applying a blend of software engineering, machine learning, and statistical methods to real-world business problems.
• Programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Experience with cloud technologies.

Aufgaben

• Work on diverse areas such as cloud engineering and infrastructure, data engineering and ETL, as well as machine learning and data science.
• Collaborate with customers to understand challenges and design solutions.
• Evaluate, present results to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to building end-to-end data systems and take part in multi-functional agile teams.
