Qualifications

• You have completed training in marketing, communications, or a comparable field.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop for layout and image edits.
• You write confidently in German with excellent spelling and grammar.
• Experience in social media management, ideally including performance marketing.
• A keen eye for design, trends, and a cohesive brand presence.
• You work in a structured and independent manner and manage multiple projects.
• Hands-on mentality with initiative and solution-oriented thinking.

Responsibilities

• Develop communication concepts and plan, coordinate, and implement marketing measures.
• Contribute to large-scale events such as Sound of Wine and Vino e Pane.
• Manage and develop our social media channels, including ad placement.
• Coordinate content for the customer magazine, website, and social media.
• Interface with the graphics team, prepare briefs, adapt layouts, and produce print-ready materials.
• Review sponsorship and partnership inquiries and develop communication materials.
• Plan and implement subprojects such as merchandise.

JUNIOR MARKETING MANAGER (M/W 80 - 100%, permanent) LOCATION WIEDIKON, 8003 ZURICH

Your mission

• Communication Concepts You develop communication concepts and plan, coordinate, and implement the resulting communication and marketing measures.
• Large-Scale Events You contribute to and actively help shape our large-scale events «Sound of Wine» and «Vino e Pane».
• Social Media Together with the team, you manage and further develop our social media channels, including ad placement.
• Content & Editorial You coordinate content for the customer magazine, website, and social media.
• Graphics & Promotional Materials You are the central interface with the graphics team, prepare briefs, adapt existing layouts, and handle image editing as well as preparing print files for simple promotional materials.
• Sponsorships & Partnerships You review sponsorship and partnership inquiries and develop the appropriate communication materials.
• Subprojects You independently plan and implement subprojects such as merchandise.

Your profile

• Training You have completed training in marketing, communications, or a comparable field.
• Design & Tools You have experience in layout design, image editing, and preparing print-ready files for simple promotional materials, and you are proficient in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
• Writing Skills You write confidently in German, with excellent spelling and grammar.
• Social Media & Performance You have experience in social media management, ideally also in performance marketing.
• Creative Flair You have a keen eye for design, trends, and a cohesive brand presence.
