Ideal candidates hold ongoing or completed IT education and show a strong affinity for technology. German and English fluency is required, and the position offers practical on-site experience and a structured onboarding process.

Aufgaben

• Support the IT team in daily operational and administrative IT tasks.
• Provide Helpdesk support to end users.
• Assist with the administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of IT systems.
• Take ownership of smaller IT projects and drive them forward independently.
• Support IT rollouts, system changes, migrations and infrastructure initiatives.
• Maintain IT documentation, user guides and process descriptions.
