Qualifikationen

• Up to 3 years of experience in a client service role within banking or private wealth management, serving HNW/UHNW clients.
• Commercial apprenticeship with a bank, or a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field, preferred.
• Full professional fluency in English is required, along with fluency in German or French; additional languages advantageous.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a client-first service mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with high-profile clients.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail; discretion with sensitive information.
• Proactive, service-driven mindset with ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a primary point of contact for HNW and UHNW clients, troubleshooting and resolving inquiries via email, phone, ticketing systems, and live chat.
• Identify and escalate complex or high-priority issues to internal stakeholders, while recommending process improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Support projects and initiatives, including client education, market research, and other strategic assignments.
