Implement Consulting Group in Zurich seeks ambitious Master’s students to join the Commercial Strategy & Transformation team as Junior Consultants, gaining hands-on consulting experience while continuing studies. Expected Start Date: Immediately.

You will work on real client projects from day one, supported by experienced consultants and partners across industries, helping solve commercial challenges and build capabilities in growth, pricing, and digital engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme and will remain enrolled during the role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
• Curious, proactive, and team-oriented.

Aufgaben

• Create content for client workshops and presentations.
• Facilitate, prepare, and document workshops.
• Conduct quantitative analyses and market research.
• Support customer interviews and qualitative research.
• Actively participate in client meetings and project workstreams.
• Contribute to internal initiatives such as business development and culture-building activities.
