Julius Baer, the premier Swiss wealth management group, seeks a Junior Compliance Specialist to join Central Compliance. You will support due diligence, conduct oversight, and help uphold governance and the highest standards of Compliance across our operations.

In this role you will prepare clear reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau and Power Query, analyse client and operational data for risks, and collaborate across teams while tracking regulatory changes and internal policies.

Qualifikationen

• Academic background in Banking, Financials Law or Business Administration.
• Solid understanding of banking operations from private banking, compliance, or audit in financial services.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Query and data analysis; experienced in structuring, cleaning, and interpreting datasets.
• Strong PowerPoint skills to translate complex information into clear, visually compelling slides.
• Proficiency with Tableau and Power BI is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate in a matrix environment across multiple stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Support due diligence and conduct oversight processes by carrying out reviews and verifying compliance with internal policies.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries using Excel, Power BI, Tableau and Power Query to share findings with Compliance and business teams.
• Analyse client and operational data to spot potential risks, trends or areas needing review or escalation.
• Work closely with colleagues from different levels and across teams to collect information and support coordinated compliance efforts.
• Maintain and enhance standardized workflows, templates, and tracking tools to ensure efficient processes.
• Keep updated on important compliance topics, regulatory changes, and internal policy updates related to conduct risk.
• Contribute ideas for improving processes, controls, and automation opportunities.
