Destinus is seeking a Purchaser to manage the day-to-day Procure-to-Pay process in our Zurich-area operations. You will convert approved requisitions into POs, monitor deliveries, and ensure timely procurement aligned with contracts and policies.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in procurement, strong ERP skills (MS Dynamics), and a sharp eye for detail. Fluent English and clear communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years in procurement or purchasing, aerospace/manufacturing preferred.
• Proficient in MS Dynamics ERP; detail-oriented and process-driven.

Aufgaben

• Process approved requisitions and convert to POs in MS Dynamics.
• Monitor orders, track deliveries, expedite when needed.
• Serve as primary contact for suppliers on routine matters.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and escalate complex issues.
