Epic Partners SA is seeking a Junior Business Controller in Geneva to support financial planning, budgeting, and bookkeeping. You will handle cost control, payroll coordination, invoicing follow-up, and audits with external partners.

The role requires Swiss-based eligibility, a bachelor’s in finance/accounting, and proficiency in English and French. The position offers a structured environment with a focus on growth, exposure to ERP systems, and collaboration across departments.

Qualifikationen

• You already live in Switzerland and have a valid working permit.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required.
• At least one full-time, relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems or accounting software is required.
• Knowledge of Swiss GAAP and Code des Obligations is expected.
• Excellent command of English and French; German is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and in a team; strong planning and prioritisation.
• Experience with large databases is typical for this role.

Aufgaben

• Provide financial planning and analysis on company costs and revenues.
• Participate in budgeting processes.
• Maintain bookkeeping, accounts payables and receivables.
• Manage project costs, expense notes and credit card statements.
• Oversee monthly payroll runs with external fiduciaire support.
• Follow up on unpaid invoices from clients.
• Coordinate quarterly closings and reporting with external fiduciaire.
• Prepare financial statements and coordinate annual audits with fiduciaire support.
• Manage IT tools and liaise with IT service providers.
• Assist colleagues with IT problems and coordinate with IT provider.
• Coordinate and monitor multiple projects; provide office administration support.
