Qualifikationen

• University degree or equivalent in Business Economics, Business Informatics or IT.
• Experience in business analysis within financial services or consulting is desirable.
• Ability to deliver on time with integrity and collaborate with stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Design and re-engineer key business processes with stakeholders on business and IT sides.
• Conduct requirement analysis and gap assessments across topics in the company.
• Write test cases and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support project management activities, run workshops with SMEs, and oversee IT delivery.
• Define conceptual approaches and target operating models, document results.
• Bridge between business and IT by working closely with IT counterparts.
• Train business users on rolled-out tools and support change management.
