Jobbeschreibung

eurpeople’s customer, for a major pharmaceutical is seeking an experienced SAP SCM (MM/SD/WM) Consultant to join its on going assignment in Basle, Switzerland.

Candidates are required to have between 5 years to 8 years of hands on, project based SAP SCM (MM/SD/WM) experience gained on actual projects. Standard customizing, configuration and project life cycle implementation skills within SAP SCM and its core sub modules MM/SD/WM are required.

Candidates with pharmaceutical related processes and industry experience will have a distinct advantage.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements. Translate business needs into applicable functional specification via leading prototyping and fit-gap approaches.

• Design, build, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance existing system functionalities; develop new features per business requirements.

• Create system documentation, including functional and technical specifications, installation scripts, OQs/PQs, test plans, and scripts.

• Responsible for installation of new systems and new releases into maintenance and productive environment, following SDLC and change management procedures

• Ensure validation, audit, and legal compliance of system throughout lifecycle.

• Support business in creation of SOPs, Work Instructions, Training, etc. as needed.

• Provide content knowledge on Incident, Problem, and Change management processes to appropriate IT teams.

• Develop and evaluate ideas, options and solutions. Collaborate with other IT teams to implement solutions that optimize operational performance of system.

• Drive coordination of activities for small-to-medium changes in area of responsibility; perform system administration and provide 2nd/3rd level support.

• Coordinate and support upgrades – support packs, enhancement packs, system-wide, database, etc.

• Help drive process improvement initiatives to optimize user experience and business understanding of solution.
