Job summary

RUAG Inc. in Switzerland seeks a skilled aviation technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on military jets, including mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and avionics systems, following technical documentation.

You will diagnose faults, execute modifications and change orders, prepare aircraft for return to service, and ensure traceability of all work while actively engaging in aviation safety and quality training.

Qualifications

• EFZ/CFC in mechanical field or comparable profession.
• Interest in aviation complex technical systems.
• Advanced conversational English (B1/B2) required; French or German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on military jets.
• Carry out maintenance, inspections, functional checks, including replacement/testing of mechanical/hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and avionics systems.
• Execute technical modifications and change orders.
• Prepare aircraft for return to service and maintain documentation.
