Union Bancaire Privée is seeking an experienced IT Tooling / DevOps Specialist to enhance the IT tooling platform that supports the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will join a 13-person team responsible for administering, maintaining, supporting, and evolving more than 15 DevOps and SDLC tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, and Artifactory.

Qualifikationen

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Tooling / DevOps Specialist to improve the IT tooling platform that support the organization’s Software Development Life Cycle — SDLC.

The role sits within a team of 13 people in charge of the administration, maintenance, support, and evolution of more than 15 DevOps and SDLC tools among which Git, Ansible Automation Platform, Azure DevOps, Artifactory,…

The team is organized around four main streams:

• DevOps onboardingof application and infrastructure teams
• IT tooling platform enhancements / optimization / maintenance
• DevOps governance definition
• User support

While contributing to platform maintenance and user support activities, the primary focus of this role will be the platform enhancements, optimization, automation, standardization, and continuous improvement across the IT tooling landscape.

• Assess new features, plugins, integrations, and automation opportunities to improve developer experience and operational efficiency
• Define and maintainplatform configuration standards, usage guidelines, governance models, and best practices
• Contribute to the onboarding and the support of users
• Identify opportunitiesto improve platform performance, reliability, scalability, usability, security, and cost efficiency
• Partner with architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure tooling platforms remain aligned with enterprise standards and technology strategy

Contribute to the definition and execution of the IT tooling roadmap.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps tools experience, especially with Azure DevOps Jira, Ansible Automated Platform and Git
• Strong experience designing and implementing DevOps solutions

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to design solutions where no standard pattern exists

Technical Skills

• Tools: GIT, Azure DevOps Server, Docker, SonarQube, Artifactory, Ansible Automated Platform, AppDynamics, JIRA, OpenShift, confluence

Languages: python , PowerShell, ksh, groovy, Ansible Experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery, scripting for tasks automation.

Soft Skills

• Ability to prioritize competing demands across operations, support, onboarding, and enhancement activities
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across IT, development, security, infrastructure, and business teams
• Ability to translate user needs and operational pain points into actionable platform improvements
