Zusammenfassung

Merz Aesthetics, based in Lonay (Vaud), seeks an IT/OT Systems Administrator to secure and coordinate our production, lab and business IT/OT environments.

You will own system reliability, monitor access, document changes, and support qualification, validation, audits, CAPA and change controls for regulated computerized systems, collaborating with Global teams and suppliers. The role also requires strong communication in French and English and occasional travel.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of IT/OT systems in GxP environments and validated computerized systems.
• Ability to document, standardize and improve processes, procedures, and technical records.
• Understanding governance, access reviews, configuration control, and audit readiness.
• Familiarity with validation principles, protocols, testing, traceability, CAPA, and change controls.
• Ability to coordinate implementation projects across Global teams, Corporate IT, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Proven system owner mindset with backup coverage and business continuity focus.
• Strong written and verbal communication in French and English.

Aufgaben

• Administer and maintain IT/OT systems supporting production, lab and business operations.
• Drive operational excellence through system ownership, monitoring, access management, and change control.
• Support qualification, validation, audits, CAPA, deviations and change controls for regulated systems.
• Lead or coordinate system implementations, upgrades and handovers across local, Corporate IT and Global teams.
• Support manufacturing systems, MES and lifecycle applications.
• Coordinate suppliers and critical maintenance activities, strengthening security and governance.
