Zusammenfassung

TEKsystems is assisting a large pharmaceutical company in recruiting an IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator for Visp, Switzerland, with 3-4 days on-site weekly. You will supervise local IT projects from pre-assesment to close, aligning IT with business needs and coordinating across departments.

Requirements include 5+ years in IT project management, fluency in German and English, and strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Qualifikationen

Minimum 5 years IT management / implementation and Project Management.
German and English language proficiency.
Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment; help to improve/establish processes.
General understanding of GxP.
Well organized and structured work approach; assertive.
Strong structured and analytical thinking; problem solving attitude.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cultures.
Ability to coordinate projects with an understanding of underlying IT infrastructure.

Aufgaben

Supervise and Support a portfolio of local IT projects through the project lifecycle.
Manage project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables with stakeholder approvals.
Ensure tickets are updated until issues are resolved.
Lead vendor interactions at a technical level.
Analyze business processes and integrate IT perspectives.
