HUBER+SUHNER AG is seeking an IT and Corporate Communications intern to help shape how information is structured, communicated, learned, and used across our global technology company.

You will work at the intersection of IT, Corporate Communications, Digital Adoption, and AI, analyzing channels, improving information quality, and supporting hands-on improvements while exploring Copilot and AI use cases. This role offers insight into information governance within a multinational organization.

Qualifikationen

• Ongoing or completed studies in communication, digital business, information science, business informatics or similar.
• Strong interest in IT, digital communication and digital adoption.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams), Copilot interest.

Aufgaben

• Analyze IT-related communication channels and information structures.
• Drive the design of clear information and communication models.
• Collaborate with IT and Corporate Communications stakeholders.
• Contribute to improving information quality, ownership and structure.
• Identify opportunities for AI, Copilot and digital adoption use cases.
• Support hands-on implementation of improvements.
