Job summary

Jet Aviation Basel is seeking an IT Finance Analyst to transform finance processes using SAP S/4HANA FICO. You design, configure, and support financial systems while partnering with users to shape future-ready SAP solutions in an international setting.

With 5+ years in SAP S/4HANA Financials and FI/CO expertise, you will drive project delivery, collaborate across Finance, Controlling, Operations, and IT, and mentor teams in best practices and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years with SAP S/4HANA Financials, including configuration.
• 2+ years of full lifecycle S/4HANA implementation.
• Strong FI/CO knowledge: GL/New GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, COPA.
• Familiar with Basware or Concur.
• SOX experience.
• Proficient in analytics and communication.
• Experience in virtual and international environments.
• SAP S/4HANA FICO certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions according to business needs.
• Ensure integration with other SAP modules and third‑party systems.
• Participate in project delivery: solution design, configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Provide user support and enhancements for SAP FI/CO.
• Support Basware, Concur, and planning/consolidation systems.
• Troubleshoot issues across systems, data, and processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, Operations, and other teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide guidance on SAP best practices and design standards.
• Contribute to high-quality project execution and continuous service improvement.
