Diamond Apps AG seeks a versatile engineer to own our IoT infrastructure, spanning embedded systems, networking, software/hardware development, and field deployment. You will architect end-to-end IoT solutions, prototype hardware, and modernize legacy setups for robust, containerized edge deployments on SBCs and Raspberry Pi devices.

The role requires hands-on capabilities across Linux, Windows, and networking, with strong problem-solving under field conditions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end IoT solutions.
• Ability to modernize legacy systems and deploy on edge devices.
• Comfort with hardware interfaces and software/hardware integration.
• Strong troubleshooting for field deployments and outages.

Aufgaben

• Full-Stack IoT development: architect and maintain IoT solutions and containerized edge deployments.
• Hardware prototyping, PCB work, sensor integration, and field hardware validation.
• Systems automation: monitoring and alarm infrastructure with CodeSys, Docker, Ansible.
• Network architecture and security for managed switches, routers, and UniFi ecosystems.
• Refactor legacy codebases and hardware setups for modernization.
• Physical field deployments including cabling, mounting, and fault troubleshooting.
