Santander Private Banking Switzerland is seeking an experienced Investment Platform & Governance Specialist to shape and oversee our investment platform. You will operate at the intersection of Investments, Front Office, Compliance, Risk and global product teams to ensure the offering is competitive and compliant with Swiss regulations.

The role requires hands-on experience in Swiss private banking, deep FINMA/FinSA knowledge, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English and Spanish to

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years of experience in Product Management, Investment Governance, Investment Advisory or Portfolio Management in Swiss private banking or wealth management.
• Solid experience with Swiss regulatory framework (FINMA, FinSA) and governance.
• Experience interacting with Product Committees, Investment Committees and cross-functional governance bodies.

Aufgaben

• Develop and oversee Investment Platform governance and product strategy.
• Coordinate with Investments, Compliance, Risk, Legal and other stakeholders to support product approvals and launches.
• Ensure the platform remains competitive, differentiated and fit for purpose.
• Maintain governance documentation and product records in line with FINMA and FinSA standards.
• Support communication of investment views and strategies across the organization.
• Monitor platform performance, adoption, and revenue trends to identify improvement opportunities.
