You will collaborate across strategy, risk and finance, translating allocation decisions into actionable investments while ensuring regulatory alignment and robust governance. English fluency is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field, CFA designation advantageous.
• 4–10 years of experience in investment management, asset management, banking or (re)insurance.
• Deep knowledge across major asset classes, with multi‑asset balance sheet experience.
• Experience with external asset manager selection, monitoring and mandate governance in a regulated environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; fluent in English; German a plus.

Aufgaben

• Implement the firm's investment strategy across assigned asset classes and translate SAA/TAA decisions into portfolio actions.
• Drive portfolio construction and asset allocation across mandates while balancing risk and regulatory constraints.
• Design and maintain investment mandates with guidelines and limits embedded in portfolios.
• Manage the full asset manager lifecycle: selection, onboarding, oversight and reviews.
• Monitor portfolio performance, exposures and risks; provide actionable investment insights.
• Execute investments and oversee transactions including rebalancing and FX hedging.
• Prepare recommendations for investment committees and contribute to governance.
• Collaborate with external managers and internal stakeholders to enhance investment framework.
