Job summary

Swissquote is seeking a Compliance Assistant for the Investigations team on a temporary basis until 30 December 2026. You will conduct AML/CTF client reviews, perform enhanced due diligence, and draft formal assessments while supporting front office needs. Candidates with 3–5 years in financial services compliance and Swiss law knowledge are preferred.

The role fits into a dynamic, multicultural Compliance Department and offers exposure to complex cases and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Law/Economics/IR/Political Science).
• 3-5 years of financial services compliance experience.
• Knowledge of the Swiss legal framework.
• Excellent command of English and French.
• Analytical and methodological approach.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out reviews of key clients from an AML/CTF standpoint.
• Conducting enhanced due diligence analyses and declassifications.
• Drafting formal compliance assessments and managing complex cases.
• Providing support and advice to the front office and management.
• Assist in developing internal compliance policies and procedures.
