Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Law, Economics, International Relations or Political Science (or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of financial services compliance experience.
• Knowledge of the Swiss legal framework.
• Excellent command of English and French.
• Analytical and methodological approach.
• Structured and professional working style.
• Interest and experience in data analysis (Excel) and PowerPoint.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong team player with multicultural, dynamic, technical environment experience.

Aufgaben

• Carry out reviews of key clients (private, companies, institutional, etc.) from AML/CTF perspective (AMLA, AMLO-FINMA, CDB).
• Conduct enhanced due diligence analyses and declassifications.
• Draft formal compliance assessments and manage multiple complex cases.
• Provide support and advice to front office and management.
