Zusammenfassung

Cartier is seeking an experienced Senior Manager for Early Careers to design, lead, and scale global programs attracting interns, graduates, and apprentices. You will partner with regional teams to ensure a robust talent pipeline and exceptional candidate experiences.

The role focuses on developing programs that align with business needs, managing stakeholders, and leveraging analytics to improve outcomes across regions and functions.

Qualifikationen

  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment; FMCG experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to design, lead, and scale complex talent acquisition programs.
  • Curious, forward-thinking mindset with innovative talent acquisition practices.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage global activities and stakeholders.
  • High empathy, active listening, and talent judgment for immersive candidate experiences.
  • Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders across regions to ensure program visibility.
  • Fluency in English; French is a plus.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

Are you driven by the curiosity to design, implement, and scale cutting-edge talent acquisition strategies and engagement models that attract and develop the best young-career talent to meet long-term organizational objectives?

The Early Careers Senior Manager plays a pivotal role in defining, leading, and executing Cartier’s Early Careers Strategy and scale programs that attract, train, and retain entry-level talent, interns, and recent graduates encompassing apprenticeships, internships, graduate rotation programs and VIEs.

The role focuses on building a robust and diverse talent pool to address future business needs across key functions while attracting nurture and providing exceptional experiences for Early Careers professionals, ensuring these programs effectively support Cartier's growth trajectory

Acting as a central point of contact regarding the Early Careers strategy and being involved in Talent Acquisition initiatives, you will work closely with diverse team members and stakeholders across regional and market entities, Manufacturing and Central, contributing to impactful initiatives.

This role primarily focuses on:

Drive Early Careers’ Global Strategy

Define the vision and objectives for early careers, aligned to long-term talent and business needs.
Anticipate future business needs to identify and develop relevant early careers programs that build an effective pipeline of key talent across critical functions.

Ensure strategy reflects local market realities, regulations, and cultural differences while keeping global consistency.

Program Management

Develop structured high impact early careers programs and implement robust recruitment and selection criteria to ensure the onboarding, placement, and professional development of interns, graduates, and apprentices. Design experiences that balance on-the-job learning, mentoring, and structured development. Maintain quality and consistency of delivery while allowing flexibility for local adaptation.

Talent acquisition and Pipeline building

Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies across online, offline, and social channels specifically tailored for early careers talent. Design fair, inclusive selection processes focused on potential, values fit, and capability.

Support the optimization of talent acquisition and recruitment processes through advanced digital solutions, adapting the different platforms into the Maison’s requirements (Medallia, Icims, Criteria).

Candidate experience & Stakeholder Engagement:

Design an end-to-end candidate experience that is respectful, transparent, and reflective of company values. Create support structures like mentors, buddies, or peer networks to help integration and retention. Partner with HRs and Managers to ensure smooth onboarding, integration and development initiatives of Talents and serve as a strategic advisor on early career talent trends, market insights, and workforce planning

Performance Tracking

Evaluate the effectiveness of early careers programs on an ongoing basis. Create metrics for tracking short and long-term success, build in feedback loops, and monitor/report on progress, making recommendations for further enhancements.

Employer Branding

Collaborate with Employer Branding & Academic Relations teams to enhance the branding and promotion of early careers programs internally and externally, attracting top emerging talent.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

  • You have a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment. FMCG experience will be an asset.
  • You have proven ability to design, lead, and scale complex talent acquisition programs, with a distinct expertise in early careers management.
  • You have a curious and forward-thinking mindset, consistently seeking and implementing innovative talent acquisition practices.
  • You possess exceptional organizational skills, capable of orchestrating multiple global activities, managing stakeholder communications, and driving projects to successful completion within timelines and deliverables.
  • You possess high empathy, is an active listener, and an excellent judge of talent, committed to creating immersive and satisfying candidate experiences.
  • You are adept at engaging and collaborating with diverse stakeholders across all levels and geographies, influencing communities, and ensuring program visibility and success.
  • You are motivated by results, with the ability to evaluate program effectiveness, create meaningful metrics, and leverage analytics to drive continuous improvement.
  • You pursue goals with energy and drive, patient in navigating resistance or setbacks, and comfortable working as an individual contributor in a matrix organization.
  • You have a thirst for learning about industries, markets, technology, and new search skills, constantly evolving practices to remain competitive.
  • You are fluent in English. French is a plus.
