YOUR ROLE

Design and prototype an intelligent ranking engine that helps users focus on the most impactful actions within a critical operational dashboard. Analyze historical user behavior and action completion patterns. Build recommendation and prioritization algorithms. Explore AI and LLM-based ranking approaches. Design backend services and user-facing features. Collaborate with Product Owners and business experts. Validate the impact of recommendations in real operational scenarios.

YOUR PROFILE

Master's student in Computer Science, Data Science or Software Engineering. Interest in AI, Machine Learning or behavioral analytics. Good Java development skills. Strong analytical mindset. Ability to transform ideas into practical solutions. Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.
