Avaloq in Switzerland seeks a Global CA pre-processing analyst based in Bioggio to join the Corporate Actions team operating across Germany, Switzerland and Singapore. You will contribute to accurate setup, notifications and inquiries handling for corporate actions.

Required economics studies, a proactive attitude, strong communication and teamwork, and fluency in English. Bonus for knowledge of German or French and openness to learn in a flexible, hybrid work environment.

Job Description

Banking Operations is a strategic Avaloq service line providing Banking Operations outsourcing services to banks. We are organized as a global business area, running state‑of‑the‑art backoffice services with industry leading automation, quality, and risk standards. We are experts in providing a true value add to our clients and thus, always look to add creative and client‑oriented personalities with drive and passion to our team.

The Global CA pre‑processing, is located in Bioggio and is responsible for the set‑up and notification to eligible clients of corporate action events. You will be part of a global department located in 3 different countries (Germany, Switzerland and Singapore) responsible for managing Corporate Action business/processes (announcements, Instructions and Payments).

Your key tasks

• Analysis of Custodian’s MT564/568 swift messages
• Set‑up of Corporate Actions events
• Notifications in various languages to end‑clients of the banks for elective corporate actions events
• Resolution of client’s inquiries

Qualifications

• Economics studies, preferably at university level and with a focus in Finance
• Proactive approach towards a highly challenging, fast‑paced and complex environment
• Good communication and organization skills
• Good team player and positive attitude
• Flexibility and willingness to learn
• English language

It would be a real bonus if you have

• Know‑how in the Corporate Actions area (even if only theoretical) is considered as a strong plus
• Knowledge of additional languages (German or French preferably)
