Banking Operations is a strategic Avaloq service line providing Banking Operations outsourcing services to banks. We are organized as a global Business Area, running state-of-the art Backoffice services with industry leading automation, quality, and risk standards. The Corporate Actions Processing Team manage events coming from the market affecting the characteristic, the nature, or the value of a security. These events can bemandatory, mandatory with options or voluntary. The activity includes instruction management, transaction management and inquiry management for such events.

Your key tasks

• Processing and booking of mandatory and voluntary corporate action events
• Managing instructions to custodians (e.g., via MT565) or through external systems
• Performing cash and stock reconciliations
• Handling client and internal inquiries
  • Capability to autonomously get around in a highly challenging, fast-paced and complex environment
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Good team player and positive attitude
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn
  • Fluency in English

• Know-how in the Corporate Actions area (both voluntary and mandatory events)
• Knowledge of Avaloq Core Banking System
• Knowledge of additional languages
