Job summary

KCAP in Zurich, Switzerland is seeking an Internship in Computational Design within Urban Design & Architecture. The position starts from October 2026 or by agreement and offers the chance to join a team with 30+ years of international experience.

Interns will collaborate on varied projects, with a focus on computational methods and urban planning, in a supportive, open office culture.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in computational design and urban planning.
• Fluent in German or French; English preferred.
• Strong Rhino and Grasshopper skills; Python, AI, Vectorworks and Adobe Suite helpful.
• Available for a minimum of 6 months.
• Must have a valid working permit for Switzerland.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR INTERNS WHO

Are willing to work in a multidisciplinary team on complex projects that cover a wide range of scales

Have knowledge in computational design andurban planning

Are fluent in German or French,preferably speak English

Have strong Rhino andGrasshopper skills;experience with Python, AI, Vectorworks and Adobe Suite is also helpful

Are available for a period of min. 6 months

Are in the possession of a valid working permit for Switzerland
