Zusammenfassung

Swiss International Air Lines AG invites applications for a process improvement role focusing on airframe services procurement. You will review, model, and automate procurement processes, aligning with stakeholders while leveraging Lean, Kaizen, and Power Automate.

The position targets HF/Bachelor’s/Master’s graduates or students with strong analytical skills and a passion for aviation, fluent in English with German as a plus.

Qualifikationen

• HF diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Informatics, Economics, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management or similar
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Strong interest in aviation sector
• Strong experience with MS Office products (Excel, Teams)
• Knowledge of Kaizen, Lean and/or Process Engineering principles
• Automation experience like Power Automate is an advantage
• AMOS know-how is an advantage
• Self-driven with strong analytical thinking
• Ability to overview complex topics and drive for results
• Team-oriented with good communication skills

• Review existing airframe services procurement processes and update to effective status
• Identify further effective processes that need to be modeled. Plan and execute their implementation
• Contribute with innovative ideas aiming at process improvements
• Align closely with airframe services procurement team and other business stakeholders
• Model processes in process tool (ProX) in accordance with applicable guidelines, plan and execute their release

• HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates in Business Informatics, Economics, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management or similar
• Strong interest for the aviation sector
• Strong experience with MS Office products (Excel, Teams)
