Novelis invites applications for an Internship (m/f/d) in Internal Communications at Küsnacht (ZH, Europe HQ). The 40%–60% position starts September 2026 for 6–12 months.

You will support intranet, screens, and CSR programs, write and edit communications, and help with events and assets management. Required studies in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or similar, fluent English, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Studies in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a comparable field.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Interest in internal communications, employee engagement, and digital media.
• Proactive and hands‑on approach, combined with a structured way of working.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
• Fluent English; additional language skills in German, French, or Italian are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support internal communications activities across channels such as the intranet, digital screens, employee engagement initiatives, and CSR projects.
• Research, write, and edit articles, announcements, presentations, scripts, and other communication materials.
• Create and coordinate visual and video content and support translations into local languages.
• Assist in the organization of employee and leadership events.
• Maintain communication resources, including the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, key messaging repository, and video library.
• Support selected external communications activities, including website content, social media, and media relations initiatives.
