Job summary

adidas invites you to a 6-month internship at its Global SCM Learning Team near Lucerne, Switzerland. Work with teams across Global Product Supply, Logistics and Distribution, and SCM Strategy to gain hands-on experience in learning initiatives for a global supply chain.

You will coordinate programs, create engaging materials, track timelines, and support stakeholders; fluency in English and strong MS Office skills are required. The internship is full-time (40h/week) with hybrid work options.

• Support the Global SCM Learning Team in day-to-day operations by overseeing the scheduling and coordination of learning programs.
• Create engaging communications and learning materials that bring our ideas to life
• Track project timelines, monitor progress and follow up with stakeholders to keep everything on track
• Assist in developing and facilitating learning initiatives

What Would Make You a Match

• Some experience in coordinating projects or organizing events, for example through your studies, previous internships or student organizations
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to share information and updates in a clear and concise way
• Curious and quick to learn, with a passion for exploring new topics – an interest in learning & development, supply chain or AI is a plus
• Experience with public speaking or facilitation is a plus
• Confident user of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Teams

ELIGIBILITY

• Enrolled as student for the complete duration of the internship or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree.
• Availability for the full duration of the internship from March 01, 2027 until August 31, 2027.
• Candidates already based in Switzerland are preferred (due to visa limitations). Applicants must be willing to relocate to the Lucerne area at their own expense for the full duration of the internship.
