IWC Schaffhausen sucht eine/n Praktikantin/Praktikant im Bereich Social Media & Content (100%) für 6 Monate mit Start im Oktober 2026. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Team Lead Social Media & Content zusammen und gestaltest Inhalte, betreibst Copywriting und unterstützt bei Kampagnen.

Du bringst Leidenschaft für Social Media in der Luxusbranche mit, bist detailorientiert und arbeitest effektiv im internationalen Umfeld. PowerPoint- und Excel-Kenntnisse sowie fließendes Englisch sind vorausgesetzt.

Qualifikationen

• Derzeit eingeschriebene/r oder kürzlich abgeschlossene Bachelor-/Master-Studiengang in Business, Marketing und/oder Communications.
• Leidenschaft für Social Media und Content in internationalem Luxusunternehmen.
• Leidenschaft für Luxus und ästhetische Sinnesbildung.
• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint.
• Geschäftsfließendes Englisch.
• Risikofreieres, dynamisches Teamplayer-Verhalten mit proaktiver Neugier.
• Neugier gegenüber Konsumententrends, besonders im Luxussektor.
• Fähigkeit, in schnellem Umfeld mit klarer Berichtsstruktur zu arbeiten.

Aufgaben

• Verfassen und Designen von Instagram Stories in Zusammenarbeit mit dem internen Kreativteam.
• Content-Briefs erstellen und Designprozess koordinieren.
• Planung und Scheduling täglicher Posts über verschiedene Plattformen hinweg; Paid-Ansatz unterstützen.
• Koordination von Social-M Media-Assets für Retailer.

To support our Social Media & Content Team we are looking for an

INTERN SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT (100%)

Duration: 6 months
Start: Oktober 2026

Join our team and become a key player in shaping our social media and content marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Team Lead, Social Media & Content, you will manage social media channels, develop engaging content, and collaborate with external and internal teams on innovative projects. This role also offers the opportunity to acquire an overview of the entire global brand marketing campaign scope, from orchestration to implementation. We are looking for someone with a passion for luxury, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach. If you are a detail-oriented team player with a keen eye for copy and design.

YOUR MISSION AT IWC.

Social Media

• Write and design Instagram stories, providing art direction for these visual formats in collaboration with our inhouse creative team
• Prepare content briefs and coordinate the design process with the creative team
• Responsible for planning and scheduling daily social media posts across diverse platforms, optimizing the content calendar, and paid investment support in collaboration with the Social Media and Content Manager
• Coordinate social media assets for retailers

Content

• Manage relationships with agencies and copywriters
• Develop new content projects and identify opportunities to leverage existing content in innovative ways
• Assist with the coordination of special IWC shoots and provide administrative support for photo and video shoots
• Collaborate with the Events, FOBs, PR, and Creative Center departments on content creation and project development
• Responsible for developing and collaborating with the Team Lead, Social Media & Content, on our major partnerships and racing topics

Marketing campaigns

• Support the coordination and implementation of the social media campaigns
• Track campaign status, timelines, and implementation progress
• Assist in campaign orchestration
• Contribute to the development of post-campaign reports and performance summaries

HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE JOURNEY.

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, and/or Communications
• Passionate about social media and content in an international luxury company
• Passionate about luxury and you have an aesthetic sensitivity
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint are required
• Business fluent English skills are required
• Resilient, dynamic, and team player personality with a pro-active and curious attitude
• Curiosity towards consumer trends and needs, especially in the luxury environment
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with clear, prompt, and concise reporting style graphic and design knowledge
• Detail-oriented and task-driven
