The Position Roche Kaiseraugst is a cornerstone of Roche’s global manufacturing and logistics network. More than 1,900 people are employed at this site, which houses Roche’s largest and most innovative packaging facility worldwide. The QC Packaging Speed Testing group is part of the QC PMD organization and ensures the high‑quality standards of primary and secondary packaging materials used in our manufacturing operations. As an Intern in the Packaging Speed Testing team, your main responsibilities will include leading sub‑projects and supporting organizational development.
You will collaborate with key interfaces such as Quality Assurance, Laboratories, Supplier Quality Management, Packaging Development, Warehouse, Procurement, and Planning. This provides you with a broad insight into the work of the Quality Unit and the production center. You will actively support the Packaging Speed Testing team in day‑to‑day operations and current projects. In the process, you will learn how to apply Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements in a practical setting and build solid project management expertise.

You are open to new ideas and not afraid to challenge conventional thinking. You enjoy working in a performance‑driven environment shaped by mutual respect, open dialogue, and collaboration. In addition, you are a university student in psychology, innovation, or a scientific field, currently enrolled or graduated within the last 12 months; motivated to conduct research on gamification and failure culture; have an organized and structured way of working; have strong spatial reasoning skills; be team‑oriented and have a communicative personality; possess a high level of initiative, assertiveness, and persuasiveness; be reliable and detail‑focused; additional experience in a GMP‑regulated environment is a plus; be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); possess excellent German and good English skills.
Preferred start date for the internship is November/December 2026, with a duration of 6-12 months.
