Responsibilities

• Deliver CAPEX consolidation for forecasting cycles.
• Provide detailed CAPEX analysis, identify risks and opportunities for management.
• Challenge deviations to improve regional and central forecast.
• Analyze investment requests (P&L, cash-flow, NPV/IRR, payback).
• Support budget presentations and cash-flow consolidation.
• Contribute to retail analysis and monthly forecast comments.

Job Description

The Interim Senior FP&A Controller will work on the following responsibilities:

CAPEX Consolidation & Analysis

• Deliver CAPEX consolidation for each of the forecasting cycles
• Provide a detailed analysis of CAPEX in order to identity risks and opportunities or any other useful feedback to be shared with management
• Challenge & understand any big deviations to improve regional & central forecast

Investment Requests (Capital Approval Requests)

• Analyze and comment boutiques investment requests (P&L/Cash-Flow projection, NPV/IRR, Payback, Benchmarks, etc.)

Support the team on various tasks

• Sales comments (Actuals and Monthly Forecasts)
• Strong involvement in the preparation of the Budget Presentations
• Cash Flow consolidation (file preparation) and adjustment in the budget system
• Retail Analysis

The Successful Applicant

The Interim Senior FP&A Controller we are looking for will bring the following background and experience:

• At lest 8 years of experience
