Zusammenfassung

Camp de Base, a Swiss-based desk within an executive search framework, is expanding with a new role in its Switzerland desk. The successful candidate will join a team of six, manage and grow client relationships across Europe, and support daily order flow, pricing, and execution in the CHF market.

You should have 3–5 years in financial markets, solid interdealer brokerage experience, and strong knowledge of CHF FX forwards, interest rate derivatives, and cross-currency products.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in financial markets with an established client base.
• Proven track record within an interdealer brokerage firm (existing client portfolio is a must).
• Strong knowledge of interest rate derivatives and cross currency products.
• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Professional French required (B2 minimum).
• Broker background only: banking profiles will not be considered.

Aufgaben

• The desk is being expanded with a newly created position. You will join a team of 6 people.
• Manage and grow client relationships across Europe.
• Support daily order flow, pricing and execution.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the expansion of the desk.
• Work with colleagues across the group's offices to deliver a high standard of service.
