Eurofins is seeking an Intercompany Project Manager (50-100%) for their Swiss operations. The role oversees customer projects with subcontracted analytical services, plans deliverables with partner labs, and supports quotations while upselling services.

Proficiency in GMP, ISO 17025, and GLP environments is expected. The ideal candidate will have a Life Sciences degree, strong IT and LIMS familiarity, and fluent German and English, with French as a bonus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor and/or Master in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry or Biotechnology.
• At least 2 years in a regulated environment (ISO 17025, GLP, GMP).
• Strong customer focus and service orientation.
• Good verbal and written communication in German and English.
• French language is an advantage.
• Experience with project management is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise customer projects with subcontracted analyses within the Eurofins Group.
• Plan and organize projects and deliverables with partner laboratories.
• Collaborate on quotations and upsell analytical services.
• Map and configure projects in the eLIMS system.
• Ensure GMP-compliant execution and on-time delivery.
• Approve analyses and reports; support in project acquisition.
• Ensure accurate and timely project billing and process optimization.

• Supervision of customer projects with subcontracted analytical services within the Eurofins Group
• Planning and organization of customer projects and related deliverables together with Eurofins partner laboratories
• Collaboration in the preparation of quotations
• Upselling of analytical services from the Eurofins Group to existing and new clients
• Mapping and configuration of projects in the eLIMS system
• Ensuring that the commissioned analytical work is carried out properly and on time, as well as co-responsibility for GMP-compliant execution
• Approval of analysis results and reports
• Supervision and scientific support of ongoing customer projects and participation in the acquisition of new projects
• Assuring accurate and timely billing in line with the agreed project terms and services provided
• General process optimization and further development of the GMP laboratory site

• Completed studies in the field of life sciences, Bachelor and/or Master degree (Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology)
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in a regulated environment (ISO 17025, GLP, ideally GMP)
• High customer and service orientation
• Very good understanding of IT and Office applications, ideally experience with LIMS systems
• Ideally experience in Project Management
• You are a team player, committed, responsible and reliable
• Good verbal and written communication competences
• Good German and good English skills
• Knowledge of French is an advantage
