Job summary

Wirtschaft Arbeit Soziales (WAS) Luzern is seeking an Integration Consultant to support insured individuals in retaining their workplace or finding a suitable position. The role centers on reintegration into the labour market and collaboration with partners.

Ideal candidates have vocational HR or case management experience, strong empathy, and excellent MS Office skills. The team comprises about 25 consultants focused on sustainable employment for people with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Vocational training and several years of experience in HR or case management.
• Strong social skills and empathy for diverse life situations.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist insured individuals in retaining their previous workplace or finding a suitable position.
• Analyze situations, plan and apply appropriate measures and use IV services as needed.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners, including in interdisciplinary case discussions.
• Take on a responsible role in case management and document it in writing.
• Maintain and expand your network with employers to support successful labour market reintegration.
