ODDO BHF Asset Management is seeking a Sales Support professional to join the Swiss sales team in Zurich or Geneva. You will assist the sales team by gathering information for client meetings, handling client requests, and contributing to KPI monitoring and cross-border projects.

You will collaborate with the sales and events teams to coordinate client events and ensure smooth operations across Swiss offices.

Qualifikationen

• Strong teamwork and client-service orientation.
• Fluent in English; French and/or German advantageous.
• Experience supporting a sales team and coordinating client activities.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Sales to prepare for client meetings by gathering information on investment solutions.
• Manage client requests in a responsive manner.
• Monitor KPIs and activity charts (flows, pipeline, opportunities, trends).
• Support client services across international offices on cross-border projects.
• Organize and coordinate client events in Switzerland (Zurich/Geneva) with events teams.
