ETH Zurich, located at the Hönggerberg Campus in Zurich, seeks an Institute Coordinator for 50%-70% employment on a permanent basis. You will oversee daily operations, manage budgets, handle administrative tasks, and drive communications and teaching logistics within the Institute of Molecular Health Sciences.
The ideal candidate has a business apprenticeship with continuing education or equivalent qualifications, and strong German and English communication skills.
The mission of the Institute of Molecular Health Sciences is to understand the molecular underpinnings of health and disease and translate knowledge into therapeutic approaches.
As of September 1st, 2026 (or by agreement), the institute is looking for a new Institute Coordinator.
