• Maintain and advance automated/semi-automated manufacturing processes.
• Drive automation, digitalization and smart manufacturing initiatives.
• Lead continuous improvement to quality, cost, delivery and yield.
• Perform technical investigations, process validation and documentation.
• Develop training concepts for operators and teams.
• Resolve equipment, process and product non-conformances promptly.
