Job summary

Namespace Labs is hiring to accelerate a fleet of machines with a focus on performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. You’ll own control planes, automation, and observability across the compute fabric.

You’ll write Go-based services, implement provisioning, health checks, upgrades, and expert network design to support scalable workloads. Join a small expert team delivering high-speed infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience engineering large-scale infrastructure.
• Depth in network architecture and data-center design.
• Hands-on time deploying compute hardware at scale.
• Fluency with orchestration and automation tooling (Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible).
• Track record of delivering reliable systems and efficiency gains.

Responsibilities

• Manage and automate the fleet – provisioning, health checks, upgrades, and incident remediation.
• Uphold reliability – observability, graceful degradation, and rollback paths.
• Architect the network – high-throughput, low-latency fabric for high-performance use-cases.
• Ship software, not scripts – clean, testable Go code treating fleet as a first-class API.
• Drive efficiency – improve utilization and power-to-performance ratios.
• Partner across the stack – work with product, infra, and platform teams on features.
