Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is seeking an experienced business analyst/enterprise architect to lead requirements analysis, RFPs, design, and rollout of an Information Lifecycle Management and Digital Preservation solution. The role spans Geneva or Paris HQ, with 80–100% employment rate and close collaboration with stakeholders across functions.

Requirements include 5+ years in information systems projects, fluency in English and French, and strong MS365/SharePoint experience.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of work experience implementing information systems solutions.
• 5+ years as business analyst, technical consultant, or project manager.
• Experience in an international humanitarian environment is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Create functional and technical requirement catalogs for an information governance solution.
• Develop RFP documents, evaluation metrics, and vendor selection processes.
• Assist in design of an Information Governance blueprint for lifecycle management and security.
• Support UATs, testing, and rollout of MVP and knowledge transfer.
• Maintain project templates, dashboards, and project platforms.
